So in an effort not to shrivle away over the next 3 months (long healing time for broken scaphoid) I was hoping to get some input as to some good exercises that I can do with zero use of my left arm. I had a few in mind:
Single kettlebell swings
leg machines of all sorts
most ab work
Any other good upper body ideas?

Ive broken my scaphoid 3 times, it sux cox
Once fell down stairs while riding on one of those inflatable gym balls
Once snowboarding
Once in rugby
My recommendation is lots and lots of curls

I'd personally stick to legs only don't imbalance yourself
