So I've gained some weight recently and I wanna try to shed it off, which shouldn't be hard with some hard work and a good diet.

But my problem is I work my dick in the dirt at work. So by the time I get home I'm just exhausted.

So I was wondering, does anyone around here have any ideas for some sort of supplement or somthing that can help with my energy level. I'm not afraid of the hard work needed, I just can't very seem to find the energy.

what

what type of work? u may already be doing alot of physical activity

and if ur too exhausted from physical labor, then changing ur diet should be the easiest way to loose weight

eat in a slight deficit

I've gained and lost 20+ lbs fairly easy before. But now that I've gotten older I just can't find the energy to get myself back to the gym.

Well, the point is all the same. I was wanting to avoid the whole go to the gym and work your ass off response.


I'm not looking for any Magic pill or anything just some way to manufacture more energy

use a preworkout

go to the gym before work so you don't pussy out after

eat in a deficit if you're truly busting your balls and lose weight that way

That's crossed my mind. I ly thing stopping me is I work at 6 am so I'm up by 5, to work out I'd have to be up around 330 4ish and I coach my son's flag football team so I need to be able to keep myself awake for those too.

But that is an option.

Do none of these things. I reccommend finding someone who sells Advocare, and using Spark, MNS E, and Slams. I sell advocare personally, but I also live in Texas so that could be difficult. As a personal trainer, getting people motivation to lose weight is challenging but these products definitely help. It gives you good vitmans, minerals, and super important amino acids to keep you awake, NOT caffeine and other stimulants. Plus, this will help you lose weight as the MNS has metabolic boosters and green tea extract (energy) boosters twice a day for breakfast and lunch. (not one before dinner so you can sleep).
