have you ever tried a preworkout? When I lacked energy motivation, it helped me. Once you get in the swing of things you'll be able to lift for a long ass time man

i'm not trolling... i bought a preworkout and protein powder from GNC(over priced nonsense) but the thing is i prob drink at least 5+ cups of coffee a day so it dosent do much for me
edit: as far as sports i skateboarded and rode bmx my hole life... i'm 5'8 about 155-160lbs? as far as experience i don't work out at all and never really have... i used to dig dirt jumps for my bike when i was younger and thats alot of work...
