Yup, it's when you get a bunch of people (a lot of females in my area) who have no knowledge or prior lifting experience that go in to it and think it's the greatest thing ever, the ultimate workout because a few in shape people do it. Cross fit was huge, now more kick boxing type gyms are popping up and everyone praises it as the gospel. I saw a chick post that she burned 300 calories in an hour long kick boxing session. People that partake in these exercises often accompany them with some retarded Paleolithic/fad diet 😂
