So I have expired fish oils caps (a lot), few months out of date. Are they still good to take or fish oil gone bad?
I'm using an expired multivitamin atm and that still works fine.
Also ,, I've been off lifting for 6-12 months qq partying/school/got lazy.
I remember the light man preaching to go full body training 3x week if you're on novice status, like current me.
Anybody got some good full body programs? I'm thinking going on that phaggot Jason Blaha's 5x5 program.
But I kinda want Hypertrophy gains > strength atm .. In a bid to use muscle memory and quickly get back some of the size I had. @cloudkicker , thoughts on this??
Should I do 4x7, rather than 5x5 for this purpose too?
