Yesterday I did some deadlift and this morning I'm having a decent pain in the lower back really close from the ass.
What i'm wondering is, since Ive never really been sore of the lower back, how would u differenciate pain due to injury vs Pain of soreness.
I know its an hard question but if ive injured myself I'll just take more precautions next time.
Also had a friend watch my back the whole time and said it was clean.

Nah, I'm not new but I recently restarted and thought I was rdy enough to get back to 3 plates. I was sticking with 2 plates 4sets of 10 reps, but decided to do 3 plates 4 sets of 5 o_O

I think your just sore.. if you would have gotten an injury you would have known right away.

I woulda felt the pain as I was doing the DL and not the day after is what u mean?

yeah i use to have shitty form on my DL's.. i got 2 different injuries in my lower back.. both were so bad and quick i had to drop the weight and lay on the floor for a few minutes before going home.. i even went to the hospital for one and got a xray and shit.
