Bruh youve been around long enough to know what to do

Unless youre preparing for a show or a photoshoot then you dont need special coaching

you really don't need to waste all your fg like that. it's mostly very simple.

identify calories in/calories out
deficit for cutting, opposite for bulking
there are plenty of super useful calculators you can find easily with google to make the math easy, as far as all that goes.
you might know about all of this but by the nature of your post i'm gonna assume you don't.

if you want to get super technical, find a macro split that matches your fitness goal, whatever it might be. for general health, since you say "clean" bulk, it's the easiest thing ever. eat whole foods. avoid heavily processed food and sat fats. win!

trying to encourage you to find this out yourself because everybodys body/budget/food availability is different. it takes some time and has a learning curve. somebody can spoonfeed you everything, but it'll never be as rewarding.

Most of this is right besides the bold part. Even if you follow someone's routine who has the exact same body and goals as you, it doesn't mean your body will react the same way to certain foods that theirs will.

Macro split is just protein/carbs/fat ratio

Yeah but he wants help with specific foods and more in depth detail than "hey pal eat "x" carbs fats and proteins." I'd never pay someone to tell me what macros to eat. You're literally throwing your money in the trash if that's all the information they're giving you.
