I'm 5'9" and 140 lb and have about an hour to work out each day. What's the best brand of whey isolate to help me put on bulk?
Thanks.

Brand isn't going to dictate your 'bulk'.
Your calories intake aka diet [macros] dictates how well you bulk or if at all.
If you need help with getting a lot of good calories, look for a [Mass Gainer], and eat a lot of non sugary foods.
Else, any typical 125~ish calorie per serving protein powder is fine as long as you are eating a lot to actually 'bulk'

agree with this
rivalus clean gainer is really great. it's an easy way to squeeze in an extra 600 cals.
