Bought this stuff late 2014, when I was still going to the gym and only working 8hr shifts, then started doing swaps and 16hr days, so stopped going to gym and stopped taking whey.


Started working out again recently, and started drinking shakes again, but now I just feel like a pile of turds after I have it (bloated af and nauseated). The expiration isn't until next year, but is it possible that it's just gone bad at this point?

The taste isn't the issue. The issue is the fact that I feel like my stomach is going to explode after a shake.

Nothing wrong with it at all. But on the days when I work (16 hour days) there's only so much food that can be fit into my lunch bag, so having a shake when I get hungry is more convenient than eating the last bit of my food 6 hrs before the end of my shift.

eating 200g+ protein in food each day gets annoying pretty fast
