Started Simple & Sinister two days ago (3/1/16), currently using a 20# KB, with a 35# being shipped.
Given my schedule of working two 16hr days with four days off in between, I plan to do the workouts each day off.
I plan to make a new photo update on or around 4/1/16, and again a month after that, and so on.

Age - 28
Height - 5'5"
Starting wt - 168#
Starting bf% - Unsure, but not concerned.

Hopefully I can actually keep a progress thread going longer than a few days this time. I see that being a lot easier, though, as I
actually thoroughly enjoy kettlebell work. Quick, simple, fun. And it's easier than spending a fortune on a home gym or commuting
an hour round trip to go to the nearest gym.

Dat schedule doe. Although them 2x 16's are probably harsh, the 4 days off is freaking awesome. Love that schedule.

GL man - stay focused and committed. Looking forward to seeing that picture on 4/1.

The doubles DEFINITELY suck serious ass. But having a mini vacation every week is amazing. :)
And thank you. I'm looking forward to seeing myself on 4/1, also.

Figured I would post an update halfway through the month.

Still going strong, get-ups are still on the 20# bell, swings are all with a 35#.

Supps:

Opti-Men Multivitamin
ON Fish Oil
Store Brand Probiotic (my digestive system is as fickle as a teenage girl)
Store Brand Glucosamine/Chondroitin (after knee injury and surgery over 2 years ago I started supplementing with this)

What's the goal here? Fat loss, weight loss, general fitness?

General fitness, improved body composition. Plus, I'd like to be in optimal condition for work. One never knows when shit is going to hit the fan, and I can't be in poor form if it does.

Lifting weights and getting swole are all fine and good, but the increased strength and mobility that kb training offers better suit my needs.

Not to be rude because I think it's cool that you're bettering yourself and trying to get stronger etc... But as far as a corrections officer or whatever your official title is... You wouldn't be my first choice, and I wouldn't want you to be my backup going into a crowded prison. How'd you land this job? Not trying to pick on you or anything, it's just you're not the first example of someone who doesn't look suitable to be a corrections officer at all.
