Weak back . Stretching chest and biceps may help. Also, kinda looks like you really aren't doing anything to try maintain proper posture what's so ever. So work on that too

Doesn't look like you have any degree of anterior pelvic tilt. Which is good. Perhaps with a picture of you trying to stand straight, it may become more prevalent

Will extra wide grip pull-ups do the trick?

Strengthening the upper back will be most important - rhomboids etc to help stabilise the scapula

Whatever you do, make sure it's more back than chest

Proper posture isn't something you just have at rest. It's an active state to be in

This. Sure your muscles might help, but you actually have to work on proper posture.

My pt would always give me shit for mine and I've been working on it for the past couple of years. It's definitely improved a ton and now it's almost just second nature to me.

Your chest is so tight it's pulling your shoulders forward. So stretching should help. Back is probably weaker so it can't counter the pull of your chest

Another aspect is actively pulling your shoulders back. Catching yourself when you slouch.

Doing shrugs the proper way with shoulderblades tucked together will fix it.

Requires time.

For every exercise, chest forward, shoulders back.

Open your chest and point your nipples straight forward. I do some stretching and focus on posture when I'm sitting down for work and I've seen improvements.

Just google how to fix hunched shoulders and you'll get some decent articles.
