I've heard it's dominant posterior chain. Or dominant quads

THIS IS FOR THE SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT hopefully someone now won't post about deadlifts..

When coming out of the hole my hips shoot up faster than my shoulders, I just need to know what my weakness is so I can work on it

I'm pretty sure it's quads.

Start doing paused squats with a slow descent.

I feel they've helped both me and people I teach lifting staying more upright and have the same barpath up as you did down.

I'm able to strip weight off by ~10-15% and SQUAT with the same intensity upright, and I do feel it much more in my quads when I do that, but that's understandable.

2-2-2 tempo? Or longer descent and faster concentric?

I do around 2-5sec down then 3-10sec pauses then explode up.
If you are not used to them you should probably go up pretty controlled in the beginning, otherwise you might explode forward instead of up.

E: Try and mimic Damiens form.

Do people squat with their arms out like that because they don't have mobility to get into grip outside shoulders?
