what kind of exercises did you do?

i wanna be able to reach this stage some day

i'm currently doing dumbell squats and dumbell lunges while cutting so won't be there for a while - anything else i can add to the mix?

You know he's well known for steroids?

I am sorry to say but both people you've posted so far with a physique you want to achieve aren't natty.

To add onto #3, speak with your doctor, barbell squats shouldn't hurt your knees if done properly.

nope, just saw the video today, wasn't aware who he is :/

doctor recommended i do knee/leg strengthening exercises specifically because i added 20 years to my knee with a car accident, been a tad worried about screwing it up so i avoided barbell squats

don't just focus on strength. focus on mobility and flexibility as well.

How the hell can you not tell he is roided to fuck? It never ceases to amaze me how the fitness industry has warped people's perceptions to the point where guys over 220 lbs and shredded aren't even suspect
