It actually felt better than when I pulled sumo, 30kg less and my lower back stayed neutral. Gonna work on lower weight till I get my form down.

Really good! 2 plate bench is very close, my squat form feels so much better and I've been going to the gym twice a week just working on form, keeping knees out etc, lost ~25lbs on my squat, but knee health > and it'll come back once i adapt
