i have this weird tingling feeling in my upper thigh on my right leg

it feels like my phones in my pocket and thats where it normally sits on my thigh, but i feel this tingling sensation even without the phone there. it comes for a second and leaves, been happening alot more frequently lately. used to only happen like once every few days or so, and i thought nothing of it

but now its happening very often, several times a day. no pain just a weird lack of feeling in the area, numbness briefly

what can it be?

around half a foot down starting from my hip to my upper quad area is where its happening

May I suggest not carrying your phone in your pocket for a while and see if it stops

wow thanks didnt even consider that lol

sounds crazy but seems pretty legit

now how to stop it.... super annoying, although its happening even while im aware of it, its sorta like a sudden tensing of the muscle only on a small area, but its also sorta numb for that brief time. very frequent now though....

The only thing I can suggest is not putting your phone in your pockets and stay well hydrated/stretched.

I actually very rarely keep my phone in my pocket so I can't fully relate to the feeling, but just give it a shot carrying it around or something different for a while and see if it goes away in the next month or so

/e as long as it's not impairing and it's just a mental annoyance it shouldn't be horrible to give it some time and see if it goes away when you move your phone

You could also have small tears in your muscles that become irritated, all in all that heals itself too. Lol
