As for your question, get a bunch of food high in protein and carbs, use oil in your cooking for your fats, a mass gainer/protein powder and that's your nutrition to put on size.
How you lift/exercise will determine if that size will be muscle.
Get a gym membership that will be your cheapest bet, don't worry killer, you aren't going to look like Zyzz if you step foot in the gym.
you dont need any supplements, get your diet on point with balanced meals and go lift, its not that hard
alcohol will slow down your progress though, so cut that out as much as possible
