So i just move back home from living in Europe drinking everyday for 3 years and feel its time to get myself a little fit. I weigh 70 kg im 5'10 and none of it really is muscle, i look like a typical skinny none toned dad bod boy....Im just curious if i buy some stuff for home is it possible to put on some size (i dont want to look like i go to the gym or like im Zyzz bra) but i would like to just look like ive put on some muscle etc.

Ps ive never lifted a weight in my life

You weigh 150lb but drink everyday in your life?

Damn, if I smell beer I feel like I just gained 2lb

As for your question, get a bunch of food high in protein and carbs, use oil in your cooking for your fats, a mass gainer/protein powder and that's your nutrition to put on size.

How you lift/exercise will determine if that size will be muscle.

Get a gym membership that will be your cheapest bet, don't worry killer, you aren't going to look like Zyzz if you step foot in the gym.

you dont need any supplements, get your diet on point with balanced meals and go lift, its not that hard

alcohol will slow down your progress though, so cut that out as much as possible

my problem is that i live no where near a gym and i dont want to pay for a membership i wont make the most out of!

i live in the middle of nowhere in ohio.. my town literally has only 1 stop light. and there are 3x gyms within 20 mins of me.. i think theyre all full of shit.

lol yea the one dude who lived in florida said no gym nearby

u can drive from one coast to the other in 2 hours.... theres gotta be multiple gyms nearby....
