does anyone else have a group of 6-8 "weightlifters" taking over all the platforms at your gym?

why do you need knee wraps, a belt, yoga pants, and chalk all over your back... then scream as loud as you can







to squat 135 lbs for 3 reps?

i can judge anyone that uses 4 platforms and 3 squat racks for 3 hours without sharing with others.

Ask to work in. Always works fine unless deadlifts, I hate moving off a bunch of plates. Squats I don't mind moving stuff same with bench

im usually gone under 90 minutes, stayed an hour for cardio and abs to see when they would leave

Just work in, I've never told someone they couldn't work in nor have I been denied working in.

I find I actually work faster that way.

cuz people actually lift brah
a real squat workout should take 45-1 hrs
