So I bench pressed last night along with some other things and it's basically my first time in a while and when I woke up today I have sharp pains in my chest kinda feels like heart burn but not as bad..normal or am I dying :(

if this is your first time lifting ever

or in the past 2 months, shits gonna hurt

lookup DOMS

basically stretch sore muscles a bit

help with blood flow to the area by using very light weight and target that muscle

something i found works well for me if i get doms on my hams and glutes, ill do squats with no weight for like 2 sets of 15 the next day. this seems to help relieve pain

My god did everyone in hnf start taking estrogen or something? It was a joke...

I foam rolled after squats yesterday if it makes you feel better. It definitely made me feel better.
