So to cut everything short, I've used to workout almost everyday in the summer, but now I barely have time to go to the gym, due to two jobs and schoolwork. What are some home workouts that I can do to keep my gains from going away?

I worked 30+ hours a week and was going to school full time for electrical engineering and I barely had time for homework/sleep during the week let alone working out. Didnt help that one of my jobs was 3am-7 am tues-sat. wakeup-work-school-work-homework/sleep, for awhile I tried sneaking working out during an hour I had between classes but after awhile I realized it wasnt worth it for the 20-30 minutes of lifting id get on whatever equipment was open.

Easily the worst period in my life, but had to do it in order to afford school without taking out private loans.

You can't push yourself with dumbbells

Push-ups good for maintaining gains?

I was studying full time at University, Working 24 hours on the weekend and about 10 hours during the week working as a part time Teacher in High School and coaching, 2x3 hours ride to an other city for 6 hours of cheer practices (12 hours total), I was having other activities and Still managed 3-4x1.5 hours of training per week.

Of course you can't be 100% into everything you do but what are your priorities and were do you waste time? Can you stop wasting time and make time for what you need/like?
