I like to thrust my knees are far up on both dips and pull ups. This takes all the stress out of the back and triceps. It's like you don't feel it at all!

Just hit bench touch and go 4*6 and paused 5*5 plus 4*6 squats this morning at 7 am because of my flight today.


Gym is beautiful, not a single person, I might just have to attune myself to the 5:30am work outs
