Yeah it's serious. Lots of my friends who wanna be big but never will be tend to follow a workout where they're supposed to do like 10-12 reps let's say, yet stop at 8 and act like they didn't cheat them self but I was watching out of the corner of my eye of course. This goes for sets for some people as well.
but since its no competition, only hurts or benefits themselves
so let them do what they want lol
