Why am I not tired the day after my workout? Like not the tired to the point where all I want to do is stay in bed.
Sure my biceps are a little sore but that's it... My legs are like stones after leg day but the day after they're fine.

Probably didn't take enough preworkout. I would triple your dose.

Means your body is used to the strain you've been putting on it during workouts. Gotta increase the workload, do curls in the squat rack, etc.

preworkout? I don't take that, only protein shake after workout. I probably wont buy any more protein shake after i'm done with mine I would prefer to be all natural.

Sonor, more weight less reps? I don't need to gain muscle mass atm, I need muscle strength and more lean I weight 175 lbs.

I need to cut my fuck boy fat and then I'll start bulking

not working out right if u aint tired after workout dint do it right

I am tired after the workout but a day after I'm all good, It's weird though I would get super tired for like the next 2 days back when I first got my program, I then stopped for 3 months and now I'm back at it.

you need to increase the weight ur using u should be tired and soar not soar like im broken but feeling that muscle tiredness.
