I used to do hardcore ab excercises to cut down the fat and get lean in the core area.
Now I just spend about 5 mins on them every excercise.
One thing I learned is that many lifting exercises work your abs well as well!
yea stabilize and stuff
but u are not gonna get huge abs from squatting
gotta directly hit the muscle for best results
