too much calcium can be an issue

how long do u plan on doing it for

i believe it still a calorie is a calorie

get it from milk or wherever

but milk has more protein than many other sources in liquid form

Did it for a week, my shit turned liquid and never tried it again.

I usually consume 1Ltr of milk a day, it's the white engine.

Did it for a whole month when I started and I gained ~8-10 lbs. Weight I could have gained on a healthier diet. Wouldn't do it again.
