What's your split over mon, wed, fri? I'd just wouldn't do push-ups within 72 hours after chest workout to let the muscle recover like it should, unless you're cranking them out easily. Find alternative exercises that can replace them or do some stretches or foamrolling if you believe in that :)
i can do sets of 20 before i feel like ded, i do chest back mon bis tris wed legs fri. I probably should do the whole period between chest workouts and pushups i guess tho.

no need, but do they hurt/help me? or are they just neutral on that spectrum?
