Oats (ground large flake oatmeal or granola)

I ground this stuff, it's legit as fuark:




Other stuff to add:
- Chia seeds
- Cocoa powder
- Peanut butter
- Fruit (banana's)
- Protein powder
- Oil
- Yogurt
- Milk of some kind (cow, almond, etc)
- Maple syrup / Honey

it u wanna go cray cray on them calories add a tablespoon of some olive oil or coconut oil to ur shake and blend it

might taste like shit depending on what else u put in it
