got pain in my left wrist when i rotate it to open doors etc.

anyone else get this? best way to get this to go away?

any wrist specific excersices i should be doing?

wtf, is this a thing now?

I imagine using them when you try to bench 3x your bodyweight.

Rows + hammer curls will make up for sufficient lower arm development.

Don't be one of those nerds who try to "isolate" and do wrist curls on a bench.

Don't do the movements that aggravate your wrists. I stopped doing hammer curls and dumbell curls years ago.
