No pcos does not make you gain that much weight. Having pcos and being lazy/having the expectation that you are meant to be fat as a result combined with the diabetes predisposition that comes with pcos makes you fat, though t2dm can easily be combatted using exercise

Note they mention Europa, which is a moon. And PCOS makes it harder to lose weight, but you can fix it by losing weight.

...meh?

I'm of mixed opinion on it. If it's affecting your health and well-being, I support people in their efforts to remedy that.

However, there's enough examples of people who come back with good bloodwork, good cholesterol, and all that jazz, and are otherwise fit, except they're inexplicably fat. So, unless they're puttering around on mobility scooters or whatever, I'm not as sure to label everyone who's overweight as "unhealthy."

At the end of the day, I'm more concerned about whether someone is an a-hole or not. I've met fit people that are cool, and fit people that are RAGING douchebags. Same with fat people.

If you're cool, we cool. If you're a douchebag, I don't want to know you. Whether you're fit or fat doesn't really matter too much to me.

Nah the idea of a "healthy obese" is a fallacy
it's true many individuals appear that way.. for a time. But NONE of those obese individuals displays the positive health markers long-term. It's inevitable. Really just due to genetic differences in predilection for inflammation, visceral fat accretion, and so on.
