ive been doing it alot lately, going all the way down to my traps 4-6 heavy sets of 5-6 reps, and 3 sets 8-10 moderate weight. feel like shoulder strength has improved alot and it feels more natural doing it this way for me

cant tell if srs lol. i usually blast out 6-10 sets and it feels great, yet people "it ruins shoulders". idk ive yet to feel any discomfort, just feels like my shoulders are actually being hit harder

mayo clinic did a study on this and tl;dr fucks yo shit up brah

I quit incorporating them and the cracking in my shoulders is less, then again prolly low estro side from nuking w/ adex t.t

I started doing them recently and feel good strength gains.

I don't do them heavy but really slow and concentrated.

Feels really good :)
