i was sick for about a month and during the last few days i've had some really bad backpain out of nowhere

oddly it hurts when i'm sleeping on my side or sitting on a chair but goes away when i'm actively walking around

any ideas?

I wouldn't recommend going to a chiropractor.

While you were sick, I'm assuming you weren't active? Laying around/inactivity is probably the cause here. Once you start walking around/doing normal things the pain should clear up.

just soreness/aching, started 3 days ago i think? you know those two dimple areas above your ass cheeks? i'd say it's about there and to the right just a bit
