so im going to keep the story short and simple

basically, i was born with a heart condition, ive had 1 heart transplant, im currently in heart failure due to some rejection, im waiting on another heart transplant.

i was about 320 at the end of last year (im about 6 ft tall), ive dropped down to 270 in about 8 months, but the past 2-3 montsh i cant seem to lose any more weight, most of my weightloss was from eating less.

i was just wondering if anyone might have some tips to getting over this plateau, i can only do light excersise (mostly light weights and walking, nothing intense)

i need to get down to 200-220 to be in a healthier zone for getting an xplant.

you've been eating less, but are you eating healthier??? drink less softdrink and have less junk food and you'll definitely notice a difference. I know its easier said than done but try with small things first

Start counting the calories of everything you eat and drink. Once you know roughly how many calories you consume daily (at your weight over 3000 probably), reduce it by a few hundred.

You are getting a 2nd "HEART" transplant and you don't have a nutritionist? Talk to a nutritionist because you should have a specific diet you follow!

i saw one nutritionist, they put me on a diet
1000-1200 cal a day, 70-90 gram protien, mostly a liquid diet

i did it for about a month, lost 10-15 lbs, but that diet was just too tough and extreme, i havent really seen them since
