Wondering the varying opinions on Casein as a supplement, preferred times to take it, preferred brands, etc

i dont casein. other peeps buy like different proteins for different times of day. like isolate during day and casein at night. protein is protein. if your worried about absorption rate. just take your protein + whatever meal at night before bed with alot of fat. whether i bulk or cut, i intake about 30-40 grams of fat before i knock the fuck out. mainly from coconut oil- 2 tablespoon

Link to your brand and how you eat it? Like with chicken or something? Totally new to this healthy shit B)

and from what I've read, they prefer casein because of the delayed absorption? If i take too much protein at one sitting, will the faster absorbed protein just be shit out? or what

fat slows abosroption rate. you could do wahtever u want. u want casien go ahead, i intake about 75 grams of healthy fats anywayz so it does the job. i jsut drink coconut oil straight up in a shot glass after scaled. any coconut oil. refined or unrefined

women estrogen>testo ma nigga. women naturally carry more fat then men. and you barely see bitches at the gym tryna body build. all they do is work out their ass, legs, and core. and it aint black and white. you must have diet + rest + hard work. you cant jsut work out hard as fuck at the gym and lack sleep + fooood. doesnt make sense.

LELELEL i dont see u give advice at all small son. ive been doin this for years and bulked + cut very successfully. i bet ur one of dose small sons who belive only one way is a good way. bet ur also one of the noobs who think saturfated fat is bad HAHAHAHAHA,. why is 40 grams of fat before u knock out is bad, are u retarded. u want slow absorbtion when u sleeeping for 6+ hourss
