About 3-4 weeks back into lifting and wanted to have my form checked. This was my final set of 3x5 at 185 lbs.

You probably shouldn't be watching the weights i have the same problem sometimes as well. Looks like you don't wanna get kicked out for making too much noise hehe

Thread was made to basically have my second half of the lift checked. Once I get the bar to my knees, am I thrusting too hard?

Usually work out at like 4 am after work and the gym is fairly empty. Never really noticed I did that haha.

Just not a fan of hats in the gym. I mean do you. Just personally my opinion lol.

dont look in the mirror, makes your cspine hyperextend, let the weight touch the ground but dont let your body lose tension, you should not have to reset before you lift again, your spine should be in the same position during AND between reps.
