Well the 5 to 6k days usually come from sunflower seeds and the rest seems to just add up from general "american food" (potatoes/ meats/ tortillas/ cheese/ macaroni/ shit you name it ill eat it). And honestly i add hotsauce to alot of stuff which i don't even count on the phone app so it could be a bit higher than what its even reading.
Today i went heavy on the cardio and worked up an appetite and i'm reading 3385 calories for the day/ usually sit in the 2.5k range so the high sodium might come from a bunch of food being consumed.
the quality of the foods you say youre eating are probably a bigger problem than your sodium intake.. clean that diet up B!
