I feel like some plates at my gym don't weigh exactly 25lbs ad if I use different plates/bars that are chipped I'm not doing constant progressive overload if the main weights/barbells are constantly changing in weight some plates have the river part ripped off aswell

how do they measure plates? if they drill holes in them whats the actual weight?

u do know the 45lbs plates are all different. some are 43lbs and others 46,47. it all even out
unless u buy your own olympic calibrated plates
