Looking to get a pair of knee sleeves for when I do my leg day. I have always had minor knee problems and I've heard great things about knee sleeves.

My knees get sore lately . Had to cut out running, sucks man.

Had minor knee issues since I was young , thankfully nothing major but I've played hockey and soccer my entire life.

I figure I might as well use whatever I can to keep my knees as healthy as possible

Be careful....

IMO you should only use em when you go heavy or on later sets...

Seen a bunch of people use em for everything for a couple months and then they can't lift without em.. Seems to stunt their knees strength if that makes sense?

i like wraps more, sleeves are not tight enough for me when i squat heavy.

only use them when i go 225 or more on squat and my knees are healthy... can still run 5 miles without getting sore,

also look up videos on how to properly wrap your knees.

sleeves are probably fine if you never go under 10-12 reps or very heavy

I couldn't imagine wrapping my knees for anything under idk... 365? I hate using gear while I lift tho...

Wear 0" drop shoes instead of lifting shoes, don't wear any wrist or knee wraps, no belts, etc lol. So I might not fit into this discussion.

Rehbands for general use and SBD for more support. I use both.
