Fruit.

i'm not sure i can replace carbs with fruits for the rest of my life, looking for something that's sustainable
i'd rather just find more filling fast food that's lower on carbs

i ran myself through this here calculator and got these guidelines, would i be good with cutting so long as i'm at 70% of these lower bound values?

...

Take your daily BMR and subtract 300~ calories.

You don't replace those carbohydrates with anything. Your expenditure needs to be greater than your consumption.

its not necessary to cut carbs, just to cut calories

you could cut carbs to reduce calories, but u dont have to, could cut protein/fats aswell

why do people always eat so little fats?

its ridiculous.

up the fats, drop the carbs... and maybe dump the protein to like 200.
