yo guys. so ive decided to start this programme, in the hopes of transforming my body.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer.html

its strenuous as fuck, but will try to get through it. only dissapointing thing i havent been seeing the results ive wanted really, i mean to be completely honest, only been pushing myself maybe 70-80% at the gym, maybe thats why, or maybe its because its only such a short span of time.

diet wise i havent been 100% strict on it, mainly cause im a student and poor as fuck, but been trying to eat clean as possible when possible.

my goals arent to get huge, but just to add some lean muscle, and get a leaner body overall, shedding the excess fat and having a nice six/eight pack lol. without further ado be gentle babes <3

you're 6 weeks into a workout plan working from a completely blank state judging your first pic. looks to me like you've made some noticeable progress along the way, but you aren't going to be huge/jacked after just 3 months, much less just six weeks... just keep working man and you will see the results :)

Solid progress you'll look good at the end of it regardless of what some people may say. Too many critics in here. Don't get upset when the gains you're seeing week by week aren't as drastic towards the end. Keep killin' it brotha

just keep at it, that's the most important thing. you're right to think that just getting out there and exercising is better than doing nothing, and as you grow more comfortable with working out and learning more about fitness and your goals, you'll figure the rest out.

also try to avoid taking progress photos a week apart... you aren't gonna see much of a difference. i'd imagine that could be discouraging. try a few months apart, you're starting a very long journey, but also a very fun and rewarding one.
