it is seldom relaxed due to lack of muscle, but if a stomach is relaxed it is almost always the result of a faulty posture, wrong diet, overeating, crippled viscera etc. The last one u dont have to worry about i guess, since u are only 24.
this im convinced of, because i've witnessed several persons whose stomachs was hopelessly distended, recover during a fast with absolute rest in bed. so i know that a stomach is naturally NOT distended and flabby, but rather hard and tense. overeating and indigestion with gas accumulation in the bowels will cause distended stomach, and as long as those causes are not removed, it is practically impossible to build a good stomach. many bodybuilders have distended, flabby and weak stomachs, not because of a lack of muscles, but because the muscles and the organs are functionally impaired.
