I drink like 3 gallons a day and I work in a rehab center within my hospital. Unless you're tied up in meetings all the time...just pee when you need to. Sometimes I have to hold it but if I'm not peeing at least once an hour I know I'm not drinking enough. Also urine should be practically clear, unless morning time. That's how you know you're staying hydrated. I don't need to bring a gallon to work, I just have a 32 ounce camelbak bottle that I fill constantly. If I'm driving over distance I'll grab a gallon. I drink 40 ounces when I wake up in the morning, 1/2 a gallon by 12 pm, another half by the time I leave the center. 6 ounces before I work out, 40 ounces after I'm done working out. Depending on how hot it was and what type of work out I did I'll mix a diluted gatorade powder with 32 ounces of water. Then another 40 ounces before I sleep ( usually over an hour or so not all at once )

gonna start work at 9 am full time this coming monday..
how do you guys stay hydrated and productive but not have to use the restroom every 40 minutes? do you bring a gallon bottle to work?
diet? (this is more of a general question) i've never dieted a day in my life and have always been skinny fat. i would really wanna diet but i'm gonna be living at home still, saving up some money for a year or two before i get my own place. i already have two fridges and they are always full with my parents' shit. how do you guys manage cooking in a smaller kitchen? meal preparation? meal plans without getting tired of eating food? do you eat more or less the same thing daily?
haven't decided if i want to go to the gym early in the morning or after work. if i go in the morning, i'll probably have no time to eat breakfast unless i blend some oats, whey and chug it. traffic could be a bitch around where i live. lots of tech companies around my area.
As for the smaller kitchen, learn what you like and what's healthy my meals are pretty simple outside of the fruit / veggies I cut up in my fridge.
It's a sweet potato ( 1/3rd pending size ) 1/2 cup egg white liquid / 1 egg chicken sausage in the morning with kale thrown in at the end for breakfast
lunch is brown rice / fish or whatever protein / small salad
dinner is usually a salad with protein in it
I use 3 dishes, 1 skillet, 2 pots to boil / steam / mix.
Don't need a lot of space, if you know what you like.
