Would like to know people's opinions on eating carbs before a workout. Will it make a difference? Will the carbs be absorbed by workout time to be actually used as energy for that workout?

Eating a big carb meal before my workout always tires me... so i eat them postworkout.

So in my case, yes it makes a difference.

It may be only a psychological thing but I feel like if I eat no carbs before my training, I have no energy. Thing is I do Olift instead of Bodybuilding and my trainings are around 2 hours and a half to 3 hours and I feel like the carbs will support me through my training. With this being said, I guess it might be different depending on the kind of training you do. It also depends on quantity too. I can't deny the fact that if I eat A LOT of carbs before a training, I will obviously feel tired AF.

its not only psychological

maintaining a good glycemia level during your workout makes you stay more concentrated and makes energy more easily available overall

doesnt mean fasted training is worse for everyone though
