I'm trying to get around 8-9% and I'm already lean. Just want to be low enough to show off some oblique action.

I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly...
I need to be eating clean and keep my protein very high
- a caloric deficit
- cutting down a ton of carbs as well?
I do HIITs // & lift everyday

How long am I looking to be waiting to get down to this? I'd say I'm probably 12%

Just maintain your protein intake at .8-1.0 x bw and cut carbs/fats to the point where you're in a 200-300 caloric deficit.

Body weight in carbs.

take at least a day off in there... even with the HIIT but you can keep hiit 7 days if you really want. take bcaas to prevent muscle catabolizing during prior and after work outs including hiits. take PWO immediately after lifting (most PWO have good bcaa profiles as well)

"yeah I might cut to 10.267% this year" I guarantee if you're 12% you don't post on a gaming based website how to cut to 8% which is borderline Mr Olympia status who severely dehydrate themselves while taking chemical cocktails.
