I went on my first run in a year on Saturday for ~1.5 miles and my quads are very sore still ( on a scale of 1-10 it's 9) Today is leg day and I'm debating skipping squats today and doing other leg exercises that don't work the quads.

Yay or nay?

if still sore id drop the weight and do some squats, just not as heavy, its been a couple of days, then again depends on how sore u are or if u can just wait one more day

im going to do light cardio/ab workout/stretches before heading into squats this evening. I'm going heavy as usual. Hope this doesnt break me

i couldnt squat. 135 felt like 500 lbs so i just did other shit. Oh well
