for sumo deads and initiate the pull and get my hips close to the bar, my groin has started having pains, before it was very dull at the beginning of the lift, now it's enough pain to make me stop the lift halfway through and roll around on the floor.

should i close up my stance? are my feet pointing too far out? currently at 320x5

to fix this I closed up my stance a tiny bit and feet are pointing almost forward, like 20 degree angle, but now my butt is way far back and it looks like a fking conventional and i lost like 40 pounds off my pull >:(

imo just modify your stance a bit and see if it changes anything

also worth doing the movement with 135 to see if its related to the weight
