I don't really feel comfortable taking the mr hyde pre workout. And as post workout I just want the highest possible protein with the most servings possible. I know the one I posted says 1 scoop 16 servings at 60g protein but every bottle I see says 2 scoops at 16 servings. I used only 1 scoop so I was probably getting about 30g protein so if I can stay with around that area with 16oz of milk. Most I've seen are 8oz can I still use 16oz of milk?

you can make your own preworkout for much much cheaper and dose the primary ingredients much better yourself

200mg caffeine (mental focus, getting hype and awake)
3.2g beta alanine (gives you that tingly feeling, prevents muscle fatigue)
8g ?I think? citrulline malate (vasodialator, increased pumps etc - not really necessary)

if that's too much work then I like N.O XPLODE green apple that shit fucked me up and lasted a really long time.

post workout BCAA/whey shake and highly branched cyclic dextrin are becoming popular (but don't really matter) any carb/protein shake post workout will do

I'm not gonna lie the only reason i bought these 2 to start with was cause the guy recommended them to and I've been using it ever since. I didn't really care about what it said tbh. But I'd figured since I ran out this time I'd try something different so I figured I would ask here.

Dont use milk with protein post workout
slows down the absorbtion of the nutrients which is exactly what you dont want
man up and use 2 scoops in water
