any1 work out when sick?

i took like 5 days off cause sick. but feeling bit better so i worked out for two days, and now i feel a bit worse again...

If you just had a sniffle or maybe some minor stomache pains probably fine. If you have full blown sinus infection or flu symptoms. No you should not work out.

This... It is more stress for the body to deal with while it is already stressed. Also depends on the intensity of the workout.

Just skip if in doubt.

stay hydrated

do a few exercises, nothing strenuous to get the blood flowing a bit

hit the sauna ( stay hydrated ), take a shower immediately after

stay hydrated

sweating certainly helps getting rid of toxins.

i tend to feel a lot better after working out when being sick
