If you are serious, no, it is way too much volume, do 3 exercises 3-4 sets each 8-12 reps and push yourself hard, increase weight/form/reps etc, you will gain much more from that.
what if i push myself hard for volume?
i like doing a lot of sets
3-4 sets gets fucking old
