Just wondering, remember to mention if your bulking/cutting :)

i have 3-4 weeks left of cutting before i start bulking again, currently consuming 2400 cals, macros:

225 carb
65 fat
230 prot

What are you gettin? :)

Cutting at like 3000 calories and I think I should up my cals tbh.
This job I started involves lots of walking and heavy lifting (beer cases, with some weighing 30+ lbs)

I don't ever bulk

When I want to cut it ranges from 0 to 1,300 max

I'm currently maintaining at ~2,000.

My overall goal is aesthetics. Visible v cut with a hard stomach with a great proportion.

*i eat protein for lunch with plenty of fruits and veggies and ony meat I eat is chicken breast. I don't count macros, just eat food rich in protein/fiber and fruits veggies whenever I can

I'm eating around 3000 kcal a day. Back from a bad cutting attempt :D
