Is 0.4g per lb of bodyweight enough, like on the IIFYM calculator? Right now I'm going for 170g protein (1g per lb) and the calculator recommends 68g fat and carbs are like 450+. Usually I'd shoot for around 400g of carbs and 100ish fat.

im getting 75 grams on cut, around 100 on bulk.

I carry one around in my pocket and gnaw on it every few minutes. People are really freaking out when they see me, but I tell them it's for my daily fat intake and explain the fat value in my bodybuilding regiment.

1.7g per kg of protein was tested to be of the highest potential in being synthesized by the kidneys for its amino acids' various purposes. bigger amounts yielded no better results whatsoever.

170 grams of protein.

protein is all you need though. fats and carbs are terrible
