i think circuit training that includes compound lifts would be better for shredding but thats just me

perhaps cardio would serve you best if you like doing it

i include it with strength training, i just know strength training every day isn't necessarily good but i figure cardio should be harmless right?

cardio every day or most days is fine, especially if u wanna lose some weight

can do it before or after lifting

dont overdo it if your trying to build muscle, keep it at like 70% target heart rate

im doing this atm as well, doing some moderate cardio for 20 min after lifting trying to shred up

there is biochemical evidence that cardiovascular training can suppress psynth in combination with strength training and that there is some reduction in adaptation to strength training as a result but for small amounts of CV training it probably wont be a problem.
